Its a fantastic initiative.. as i understood the objective is to showcase some successful case studies.. you might want to reconsider the tag line..something in these lines...
&#039;Insights into how some organisations successfully used Social Media&#039;

On the design front, Design3, Design 4 looks good.. Design 4 to be more precise.. you can write a broad brush story in the abstract / preface of the book on how you are seeing the three pieces of media elements merging..
