Arun Nair is a thought leader and veteran in the digital marketing space. He is also a strong advocate of social media, web 2.0 and has successfully spawned a few initiatives – including a popular travel blog and an annual unconference (along the lines of TED). He also writes for NASSCOM Emerge on business and opportunities for emerging companies.
In his present avatar, he spearheads the digital marketing initiatives for an Indian multinational. His efforts at leveraging social media won him the prestigious and coveted "Best Practise" award across the entire Mahindra & Mahindra group.
For the period 1999-2002, Arun was the Indian representative for Takingitglobal.org and part of the executive committee.
Arun is a regular speaker at marketing and social media conferences across the country.
